General Conditions for Returns

To return products sold by qwertykey.eu, the following conditions apply:

• Condition of Items: Products must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

• Packaging & Documentation: Returns must include the original tags and the intact Qwerty Key delivery box, along with all original documentation.

• Accessories & Gifts: The product must be accompanied by all accessories or promotional gifts included in the original delivery.

• Bulk Returns: If you purchased multiple identical items and wish to return them all, only one may be unsealed. The remaining items will only be accepted if they are still factory-sealed.

• Exclusions: We do not accept returns for products that have undergone unauthorized repairs, show signs of wear or use, or have scratches, chips, dents, or mechanical/electrical damage. Items missing accessories will also be rejected.

• Verification: If the return package contains items different from those listed in the return form, the courier will refuse the pickup after inspection.

• Shipping Costs: The full cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, in accordance with current EU legislation.

• Refunds: Funds for returned products will be transferred to the bank account provided in the return form within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

• Personalized Items: Returns are not accepted for products customized with services such as switch lubing, stabilizer lubing, tape mods, film additions, etc.

Damaged Packaging Fee

A fee of 2 EUR applies if the original product packaging is damaged. This fee is charged if the original box is torn, deformed, incomplete, does not match the product model, is missing entirely, or if the shipping label (AWB) was stuck directly onto the product box. This fee covers the cost of repackaging to meet commercial standards.

To ensure your return is accepted, the product must be shipped in its original state and packaged correctly. The original box must be protected by an external shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Do not use the original product box as the shipping container, and do not stick labels directly onto it. Use protective materials such as bubble wrap or cardboard to secure the item.

How to Start Your Return

1. Fill out the Return Form with all requested information.

2. Courier Dispatch: We will schedule a courier to pick up the products from the address provided in your form.

3. Pickup: A courier will contact you within the next 48 hours to collect the package.

4. Security: You are responsible for sealing the package securely to protect the Qwerty Key products during transit.
